Users of the Inner Mind Digital mobile application can request deletion of

their account and associated personal data by following the process below.

How to request account deletion:

Please send an email to: support@innermind.digital

In your email, include:

• Registered email address or mobile number

• App name: Inner Mind Digital

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Once we receive your request, your account and associated personal data

will be permanently deleted within 7–30 working days.

Data that will be deleted:

• User profile information

• Login credentials

• App usage data

• Course access data

Data retention:

Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance

purposes for up to 30 days.
